1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paparika
3/4 tsp. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, butter and worcestershire sauce. Combine next 4 ingredients, mixing well in another bowl. Gradually add flour mixture to cheese mixture, mixing until dough is no longer crumbly. Form into a ball.

Use a cookie gun to shape dough into straws, following manufaturer's instructions, or use the following procedure: Divide dough into fourths; on waxed paper, roll each piece into a rectagle 1/3 inch thick. Use a pastry wheel to cut dough into 4 1/2 inch strips.
