3 eggs
1 cup firmly packed lite brown sugar
¼ cup lite corn syrup
½ tsp baking soda
¼ cup brandy
4 tbsp melted butter
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
5 oz semi sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
9” unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Beat eggs until frothy and pale. Add sugar, corn syrup, baking soda and brandy. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in butter, chopped chocolate and walnuts until well blended.

Bake in center of oven x 40-45 minutes until filling firms and edge of crust is golden brown.
