2 small pkgs. black cherry jello
1 can bing cherries
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. pecans, chopped very fine
1 T. sherry wine

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare jello according to directions (use 1/2 c. less water than called for). Add sherry. Refrigerate. Soften cream cheese, take about 1 tsp cheese, roll into ball and then roll ball in chopped pecans. Use all of cheese and make into balls. Refrigerate so they will get firm. When jello has started to thicken, drain cherries and fold into jello, then carefully fold cheese balls in. Refrigerate.
