2 sticks oleo or butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour (unsifted)
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time, beating well
after each. Add flour and sour cream alternately, beginning and
ending with flour. Add flavorings and baking soda. Mix well.
Pour into large tube cake pan that had been greased & floured.
Bake at 325º for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 300º and bake 45
more minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes and
then turn upside down on rack, remove pan & cool.
