Saltine crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 - 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
chopped almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large jellyroll pan with foil. Turn up edges of foil to make a shallow pan. Spray with a vegetable cooking spray. Put a single layer of Saltine crackers on top of foil, cutting crackers to fit pan.

In a heavy sauce pan combine butter and brown sugar, bring to boil and boil for 3 minutes, stirring as needed. Pour sugar mixture over crackers and spread to cover.

Bake: 375º for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let set a couple of minutes, then spread smooth. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Let cool. Cut or break into squares or rectangles.
