1 lb. carrots
1 small onion
1 tsp. mustard seasoning
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. butter
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and dice carrots, boil until tender, drain. Dice up onion. In frying pan add carrots, onion, and butter and lightly brown. Add mustard and cook. Mix milk and flour to a paste, add to frying pan and cook over medium heat to a boil. In casserole dish layer carrorts, sauce and cheese, repeat. Bake 350º for 30 min. or until done.
