1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Whipped Cream Filling:
1 c. whipping cream
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. strawberries (sliced), optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to rolling boil in 1-quart saucepan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add eggs; beat until smooth. Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls 3" apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake until puffed and golden, 35 - 40 minutes. Cool. Cut off tops of puffs; pull out any filaments of soft dough.
Whip cream; add 1 teaspoon sugar and vanilla. Can add fresh sliced strawberries if you like, then fill puffs with the whipped cream. Replace tops; dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
