2 cans French style green beans
1 3/4 c. liquid from the beans or water
2 small pkgs. lemon jello (Can use sugar free)
1 c. celery chopped fine
1 c. onion chopped fine
1 c. pecans chopped fine
1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans with a little bacon drippings. Drain bean liquid into measuring cup. If not enough liquid to make 1 3/4 cups, add water. Heat liquid and dissolve 2 pkgs. lemon jello in hot liquid. Mix jello mixture with celery, onions, nuts, beans, and lemon juice. Pour into ring mold and refrigerate. Serve with dressing made from 1 c. mayonnaise with at least 2 tsps. horseradish added.
