1 cup uncooked grits
1 stick butter
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt (cooked in grits)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits as directed on container. While hot, add butter and
cheese to grits. Combine beaten eggs and milk, Add to grits.
Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 425º for 45
minutes.

Variations: Add garlic salt. Substitute 1 roll Kraft garlic cheese for
Cheddar cheese.
