2 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp salt
cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 c sour cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp minced pimiento (Mom, you can leave these out)
Chives for garnish

In a bowl, mix sugar, salt, pepper into a cup of sour cream, add juice and pimientos. Whip to a fluffy texture.
Spoon sauce over hot flautas, enchiladas, burritos, or even tacos! Garnish with chives,

This is a great spin on sour cream that I made for one of Dave's famous "taco nights" We agreed that Mexican food is just a bit better with this sauce!!
