1 (lb.) box graham crackers
2 (Instant) french vanilla pudding
4 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Chocolate Icing (no cook):
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. oil
2 tsp. white Karo
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. soft margerine
1 c. confectioner sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Butter 9x13 pan. Line bottom with graham crackers. Mix pudding in milk. Add cool whip. Beat with mixer. Spread on graham crackers. Another layer of crackers, pudding, crackers and refrigerate for 2 hrs. Stir together chocolate icing ingredients. Spread on cake. Refrigerate for 24 hrs.
