4 (8 oz.) red snapper filets, about 1/2 " thick
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 c. chopped onions
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 T. Worchestshire sauce
1 c. parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides.
Spread the onions and pepper in a 9x13 glass baking dish and place the fish on top. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with a little Worchestshire sauce and bake for 12 min., then baste with pan juices. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place under broiler about 2 min. or until cheese browns. To serve, spoon vegetables over fish and cover with chopped parsley.
