8 Unpeeled potatoes, cubed
1 Large Chopped onion
2 Stalks celery diced
6 Cubes chicken bullion
1 Pint half-and-half cream
1 pound bacon -- cooked and crumbled.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large stock pot combine the potatoes, onions, celery, bullion cubes and enough water to cover all the ingredients.
Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat until the potatoes are within 15 minutes of being finished.
Add the half-and-half, bacon, cream of mushroom soup and stir until creamy.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Simmer until potatoes are done.

We found this recipe online at allrecipes.com. This is soooo good even if it is just a little high on the cholesterol side. It's supposed to make 8 to 10 servings. It will, if you quit eating before the stuff starts running out your ears. Tastes even better warmed up the next day. It's artery clogging good!
