1 package of Phyllo Dough

Mix together:
2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 cup Feta cheese (4 oz.) or similar cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Beat in large bowl until smooth:
3 eggs
6 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
1) Butter the bottom of a 8" x 8" square pan.
2) Lightly butter the Phyllo on each layer. Layer Phyllo using 3-4 sheets thick to cover bottom and every layer.
3) Spoon in spinach mixture, layer more like lasagna, cover with Phyllo, butter the top.
4) Bake at 350ºF for about 45 minutes.
