stick of butter
2 cups of shredded coconut
1 cup of pecan pieces
1 can of sweetened cond. milk
16 oz Cool Whip
8 oz cream cheese
Graham cracker pie crust (3)
Smucker’s caramel (squeeze bottle)

Directions:
Directions:
In microwave melt 1 stick of butter. Mix in butter; shredded coconut; pecan pieces. Spread mixture on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until toasted stir often every 5 to 7 minutes. Set out to cool. In a big bowl mix condensed milk, Cool Whip, cream cheese. Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Top with cooled toasted mixture. Top mixture with Smucker’s caramel. (squeeze bottle).
