1 large head cabbage shredded
1 cup sugar
1 large Bermuda onion, sliced & in rings

Heat: 1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Put cabbage and onion in bowl in layers and pour sugar on top. Pour the heated mixture over cabbage, onion and sugar. Sir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Grace said she served it after being covered and refrigerated about 6 or 7 hours.
