Miracle Whip (not mayo)
thousand island dressing
worcestershire sauce
red pepper flakes

Directions:
Put Miracle Whip--not mayonnaise--in a bowl.
Add ketchup until the color of 1000 island dressing. Add some Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes to taste. DO NOT put ketchup in first or it will lump--trust me...

This is good with any kind of meat--especially steak or fried seafood, as a cocktail sauce for boiled shrimp and as a salad dressing. The Marsalis family uses it for everything.
