1/2 lb. banana peppers, seeded and sliced across
Pickling juice:
2 c. white vinegar
2/3 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the pickling juice to a boil. Place peppers in jar. Pour pickling juice over and seal. (I heat lids first and dry off.) Turn jars up side down. Let stand for 2 weeks.
