1 lb. hamburger
onion to taste
2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 c. diced celery
1 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. brown gravy sauce
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 small can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. corn starch

Brown hamburger and add salt, pepper, celery, onion and water. Cook until tender. Add soy sauce, sugar, gravy sauce, bean sprouts, mushrooms and 2 tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp. water). Cook until desired thickness. Serve over cooked rice with chow mein noodles.
