1 box (16 oz.) lasagna noodles
½ lb. ground beef
16 oz. ricotta cheese
8 oz. shredded mozarella cheese
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. basil
½ tsp. parsley
½ tsp.salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Boil noodles until tender. While noodles are boiling, fry hamburger until brown. Drain excess grease. Add tomato sauce and slowly stir in ingredients until mushrooms are tender. Drain noodles and rinse with cold water. Start with a layer of butter on bottom of pan, then a layer of noodles. Next put a layer of sauce, then sprinkle ricotta to your liking, then layer of shredded mozarella. Continue this process two more times. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Servings - 8.
