1 can (9 oz) bean dip
4 oz. cream cheese,softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 plum tomato,seeded and diced ( about 1/4 c.)
2 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
1/4 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
Additional sour cream (optional)
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread the bean dip over the bottom of small casserole dish.In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning mix and garlic. Mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bean dip.Next spread cheddar cheese over top of dish.Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Dice tomato and thinly slice green onions and olives. Finely chop cilantro. Sprinkle all the ingredients over dip when it comes out of the oven. Garnish with additional sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
