FOR BROWNIES:
* 1 {1 pound,5.5 ounce} package fudge brownie mix
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/2 cup canola oil
* 1 egg
* 1/2 cup Andes mint candies/chopped
* 1/2 cup chopped pecans
* 2 to 3 TBSP.. bourbon {if desired}

FOR FILLING:
* 2 cups powdered sugar
* 1/4 cup softened butter
* 2 TBSP. mint jelly
* 1 to 3 tsp. milk

FOR GLAZE:
* 1 cup Andes candies/chopped
* 1/4 cup butter
* 1 tsp. vanilla

FOR GARNISH:
* chopped pecans

*Heat oven to 350.*Grease the bottom only of 9x13 glass baking dish.*In a large bowl combine brownie mix,water,oil & egg,hand beating with a spoon.*Stir in the candy & pecans,spread into the baking dish.*Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or 'til center is set.**If using the bourbon,drizzle it over the hot brownies at this point***Cool 30 minutes.*While cooling,beat all the filling ingredients together on low/medium speed,adding enough milk 'til smooth.*Spread over the cooled brownies.*In a small saucepan over low heat,combine the glaze ingredients,stirring constantly 'til smooth.*Cool slightly,then drizzle over the brownies.*Garnish with chopped pecans.*Cut into bars.*Store covered in the fridge.
