5 qts. popped corn
1 stick butter
2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan cook butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and cream of tarter, bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add baking soda, stir. Put popcorn in a large bowl or turkey roaster. Pour carmel mixture over corn, mix well. Bake 1 hour in a 200º oven, stir once after 30 minutes. When done break up immedinately
