4 uncooked boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 can Ro-tel chili tomatoes
1 small can diced green chiles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in pan until done, drain. Cut chicken into strips or cubes, whichever is preferred. Place chicken in large saute pan with cream cheese. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently until cream cheese is melted and smooth. Add tomatoes and green chiles, stir until well blended. Continue to simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve with tortillas and Monterey Jack cheese. Serves 4-5.
