Ingredients:
24 medium cherry tomatoes
16 thin slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut a small slice off the stem side of each tomato. Use a melon baller or small spoon to remove seeds; discard seeds, leaving shell intact. Place tomaotes, cut side down, on a baking sheet lined with payer towels. Allow to drain for 1 hour.
Mix crumbled bacon, mayonnaise and basil in bowl. Cut a thin slice off bottom of tomaotes so they stand upright. Fill each tomato with about 1/2 t. bacon mixture until nicely mounded. Top each with small fresh basil leaf or minced basil. Refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
To save time, I often mix everything up and stuff tomatoes without slicing off bottoms. They are less messy too.
