2 1/2 c. all purpose flower
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 ripe large bananas
1 cup milk
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
3 T. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 6 oz. pkg. milk chocolate pieces (1 cup)

Frosting:

3 T. chunky peanut butter
2 T. margarine or butter
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. milk
Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, sugars, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, milk, peanut butter, oil, vanilla and egg. Add mixture, stirring just until combined. Stir in chocolate pieces and pour batter into two greased 8x4x2-inch loaf pans.

Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes or till wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then remove to wire rack and cool completely. Wrap and store overnight before frosting.

Frosting:
In a small saucepan melt 3 T. chunky peanut butter, 2 T. margarine or butter. Remove from heat, stir in 1 cup sifted powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Stir in 1 T. milk. Add more milk if necessary.

To serve, frost cake and top with crushed peanuts and miniature semisweet chocolate pieces if desired. Slice to serve.
