1 lg can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 cups of buttermilk
1 cup Cool Whip
1 small package diet jello(mixed fruit is great)

Directions:

Mix the pineapple and jello together in medium saucepan over medium heat and just bring it to a slow boil.........Pour into a bowl and slowly add,whisk in, the buttermilk and Cool Whip.Blend well and pour into a 9 x 13 pan....Let chill...
