5 or 6 fresh ripe tomatoes
1 deep dish pie shell
3 green onions
1 C sharp cheddar
1 C mozzarella
1 1/2 C mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pot of water to a boil. Set a side a bowl filled with ice and
water. Before dropping tomatoes into water cut and X in the
bottom. Drop into boiling water for about 30 sec.; remove. Drop
into ice water. Peel tomatoes. Slice and Drain. While draining pre-
cook your pie crust. Layer tomatoes and the rest of the
ingredients. Bake at 350º until cheese is browned.
