1 lb. Bob Evans Hot Sausage
1 to 1 ½ c. onions, finely chopped
1 c. sweet red peppers, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temp
¼ c. Kraft© 3 Cheese Mix (Asiago, Romano, Parm)
1 ½ c. Portabella Mushrooms, finely chopped

Directions:
Cook sausage, drain and save drippings. Saute onions, peppers, and mushrooms in the drippings. Mix in bowl with sausage. Add cream cheese to mixture and mix well. Stir in 3 cheese mixture thoroughly. Unroll Filo dough, and melt butter. Cut Filo dough into 3 strips, on the folds. Cut into squares, and place mixed filling into center and fold Filo dough over into triangles. Brush with butter and bake in oven at 350º until golden brown.
