2 eggs beaten
6 T. soy sauce
2 T. red wine
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper each chop to taste
2 C.Panko bread crumbs
4 - 1 inch pork chops.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and chops in bowl. Place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl. Place pork chop in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Place on greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes, 20 minutes each side, returning the chops at 20 minutes (or longer for thicker chops).
