1- box of frozen spinach (thawed and well drained) 1- C. sour cream
1- C. mayonnaise
1- small can of water chestnuts - chopped
1/2 - green pepper, finely chopped
5 - finely chopped green onions
1 - package of Knorr Vegetable soup mix
1 - tsp garlic powder or to taste.

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Put spread in bowl or hollowed out French bread loaf and serve with Fritos Scoops, Triscuits, or desired crackers.
