8 oz. angel hair pasta
2 tomatoes, chopped 1 onion, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced 2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. basil, oregano olive oil
Freshly grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil. Fry garlic 15 seconds. Add zucchini and onion. Stir fry 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add tomatoes and seasoning. Heat 1-2 minutes. Serve over hot pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grated cheese.
