1 package duncan hines choc. chip muffin mix
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1-3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
5 T. butter or margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Combine muffin mix, flour and baking powder in large bowl. Add milk, eggs and melted butter. Stir until moistened (50 strokes). Pour batter onto center grids of preheated waffle iron. Dust lightly with confectioners sugar if desired. Makes 10-12 waffles.
