2 golden delicious apples, chopped
2t. lemon juice
red lettuce, washed and torn
fresh spinach, washed and torn
1/2c. coarsely chopped cashews (unsalted are best)
1/2c. crumbled blue cheese
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ c. sliced mushrooms
red wine vinegar dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Toss all ingredients and add dressing just before serving.

Red Wine Vinegar Dressing

¼ c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1t. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ t. salt
¼ t. oregano
1 heaping teaspoon sugar
dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
