3 med.sized zucchini
1/4cup sour cream or sweet cream with 1tbsp.lemon juice added
1 tbsp.butter 1tbsp.grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp.paprika
1 beaten egg yolk 1tbsp chopped chives
some bread crumbs ,margarine and grated cheese

simmer zucchini using small amount of water in a covered pan that has been prepared and cut into small pieces for about 8 minutes shake to keep from sticking, drain well.
combine cream,butter,grated cheese,salt and paprika.Stir together over low heat untill cheese melts, remove from heat ,Stir in beaten egg yolk and chives ,add zucchini and put in baking dish,cover top with bread crumbs ,dot with margarine then sprinkle with a little grated cheese then brown in moderate oven 375 F. or under broiler
