1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 tbs. oil
3 cups fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
3/4 cup bottled teriyaki stir-fry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir beef in hot oil in skillet for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and sauce. Simmer on low for 4 minutes. Serve over rice.
