Ingredients:  
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 1/2 lbs round steak, tenderized
(can use cubed steaks)

Directions:

Mix egg and milk, Put flour in shallow pan. Cut round steak into serving sized pieces. Dredge steak in flour, then into egg mixture. Dip again in flour and place in skillet with hot oil. Brown on both sides. Lower heat, simmer until done. Salt and pepper optional.
