1 and 1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup oleo
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla

3 cup miniature marshmallows


2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup oleo
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz peanut butter chips
2 cup Rice Krispies
2 cup peanuts

Mix and bake bar ingredients in 9x13 at 350 for 12 minutes -- top with 3 cup miniature marshmallows and heat in oven about 3 minutes until puffy.

Heat topping ingredients and pour following over base.
