2 cup Parmesan
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 bunch parsley, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves crushed

Mix together -- spread on two loaves, by slice -- or cut horizontally -- bake at 450º for 10 minutes.
