3 eggs
2 C sugar
1 C vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese softened
2 C flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 C chopped walnuts
3-4 very ripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour or spray 2 9x5 inch loaf pans or 7 53/4x3x2 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the cream cheese. Add flour, baking soda, powder, salt and mix on low. Add bananas and walnuts. Bake at 350º for 60 minutes for large pans or 35 minutes for small pans. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Wrap in tin foil or saran wrap. They freeze well.
