7-8 potatoes, parboiled and grated
or 10 -12 c frozen, grated potatoes
1 pint carton sour cream
1 ½ cans cream of chicken soup
1 cube butter or margarine
2 c grated sharp cheese
3 sliced green onions or
1 med diced onion
Topping:
1 c crushed corn flakes
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cube of butter and mix with soup, sour cream and grated cheese. Add onions and potatoes. Put into greased 9X13 in. baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Top with crushed corn flakes mixed with 2 T melted butter for the last 15 minutes.
