1 small wheel of Brie with the top scraped clean
fresh raspberries, rinsed
sliced almonds (they are good toasted or not)
brown sugar

Set the Brie in a microwaveable dish. Pack a ¼” layer of brown sugar on top of Brie. Sprinkle almonds and arrange raspberries on top (squeeze on as many as you can because they are good!). Cover dish with plastic wrap and microwave for about 2-2 ½ minutes. This is best served in a small chaffing dish so that it stays warm but I have been known to stick it back in the microwave every 15 minutes or so to keep it warm. Serve with sliced baguettes or water crackers.
