10-oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
8-oz. can wter chestnuts, drained, finely chopped
3/4 c. chopped green onions
1 envelope country vegetable soup mix
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill overnight to blend flavors. If desired, pour into hollowed out unsliced sourdough bread and serve with pieces of bread, assorted raw vegetables and crackers. 4 cups.
