1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 T. light corn syrup
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. peacans, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in whipping cream; return to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in toasted pecans. Makes 2 1/4 cups.
TIP: To toast pecans, spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 10 m inutes or until light golden brown, stirring occasionally. Chill. Serve on ice cream.
