1 can pineapple, crushed
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
2 c. cold, cooked rice
1 c. whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup, and add enough water to make 1 cup. Dissolve jello and sugar in hot water; then add pineapple juice. Chill until thick enough to whip. Stir in pineapple, rice and fold in whipped cream. Could add nuts it you like.
