2 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 t. mint flavoring or almond flavoring
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar, sifted (may need more)
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese, add flavoring and coloring and mix in powdered sugar. Knead until smooth. Roll in marble size and then in fine granulated sugar. Press into mold and slap out right away in your hand. Makes about 30

I made these mints for Blair and Stacey's graduation receptions, and for Stacey's wedding reception. They are a nice creamy mint!
