* 1 pound cooked/peeled/deveined shrimp/tails off
* 4 strips bacon
* 1 medium onion/chopped
* 2/3 bottle cocktail sauce ~OR~ make your own
* 5 TBSP. brown sugar
* 5 dashes Tabasco sauce
* 1 TBSP. parsley
* 1/2 tsp. pepper

*Fry the bacon 'til crisp,then crumble*Saute the onion in the drippings.*Stir in the sauce,sugar,Tabasco,parsley & pepper,add the bacon & simmer over low heat a few minutes.*Toss in the shrimp & serve over your favorite rice.
