1 lb. flour (or 2 c.)
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
2 oz. hot water (1/4 c.)

Filling:
1/2 lb. Genoa salami, sliced thin
1/2 lb. boiled ham, sliced thin and chopped up (Italian hot ham may be used if prefered)
1-4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, chopped up
8 eggs, well beaten
1/2 lb. container Ricotta cheese

1. Use a pan 12x7 1/2 x 2 '' or 2 qt. size square.
2. Mix all ingredients until a dough forms, cut in half, roll out and place in greased pie dish and set aside. Other half is used for a top.

Directions for pie:
1. Place layer of salami or uncooked dough.
2. Then mix other ingredients together well and pour 1/3 on to salami.
3. Then add another layer of salami and 1/3 of mixture.
4. Another layer of salami and top with remaining mixture.
5. Cover with other half of dough.
6. Use fork to seal together.
7. Bake in 350º oven 45 to 55 minutes.
8. Dough will only get light brown but ingredients will set together and be dry and firm.
