4 cucumbers
1- 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 c. yogurt
1 tbsp. finely chopped dill
1/4 c. sesame or olive oil
2 tsp. chopped mint

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel the cucumbers cut in quarters lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, then slice thin.
2. Sprinkle with the salt and let stand for 15 minutes. Drain well.
3. Stir together the garlic, lemon juice, yogurt and dill. Mix with the cucumbers.
4. Pour the oil over the top and sprinkle with the mint. Serve at room temperature.
