4 medium sized pork chops
salt and pepper
5 tbsp. plain flour
1 egg, beaten
5 tbsp. breadcrumbs
oil/ butter for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat out the pork chops until fairly thin. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. On separate plates, pour flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
3. Dip each chop into the flour, coating both sides, and then dip into the beaten egg.
4. Finally press the chops on the breadcrumbs, ensuring even coating.
5. Heat sufficient oil/ butter in a large pan. When hot add the pork and cook over high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
6. Lower heat and cook for another few minutes until golden.
